  well...actually i anyhow press thn can get to post a mes...hehe..and if im inside one of any topic...what should i do so that everyone could see my mes..and how to reply...

  to reply with a quote like i have done so, press the "quote" button above the msg u wanna reply to.
  
  to just have a general reply without any quotes, hit the reply button at the top right or bottom right of the page.
  
  to send a msg to a user privately, click private message under the person's nick, or go to ur mailbox (lick on the left margin) and type in the nick to send to.

  yah...and 1 thing is that how to see whether anybody replies anot?do i have to keep on clicking refresh?

  Yesh.. If you wanna see if anyone replied to your post, you gotta keep checking back... Or you can try remembering the number of posts in that topic so you don't have to keep clicking
