Anyway, already got my degree nisi absolute and I want to transfer my share to my kids but she refused. Been bugging me ever since to sell my flat but I refused. She has seen MP to downgrade to 3 rm.
Damage ;
Cash : 2% aproximately $5600 based on purchase price $280K
But will need to revalue flat again.
CPF : 8% approximately $224000
Loan Tenure 20 years max. monthly approximately $933.33 ($500 each)
without factoring interest which could be fixed or fluctuating.
Renovation Loan for Build in cabinets and improvements $320 monthly ($160 each) approximately (Total $16k)
Transfer at HDB a bit complicated, but not impossible.
Need to refinance property.
Buyer may also require to pay 1/2 commission to agent to handle transactions but again, if she is capable enough, then can save this amount. -
Singles must be 35 years and above, never own a HDB flat....
Otherwise, below 35 years of age, must register....
But first, need to be a Christian,
Then I must like your face,
Then must have at least been working for a couple of years
to save enough cash and cpf.....
Then maybe I consider..... -
If not I will have to start looking for a real estate agent....
Or a Marriage agency.....
