is it really the school's problem regarding your inability to manage your time or is it just happening to you. same thing happens to your course/classmates?
personally i don't feel i get a lot of quizzes nor tests, the amount is reasonable.
talk to your course manager or something if you have issues, pointless to rant here and nothing is being done to solve your problem.
