Any Singaporeans dating Koreans in a long dist relationship?

  Hi :)

  Just wanted to know if there are fellow Singaporeans/Taiwanese - or just any other Asian countries - that are dating Korean guys? It would be nice to share our experiences of LDR or even get a chance to meet up in Korea !

  Let's say you have a korean boyfriend turned husband, and he gives 70% of his monthly salary to his folks, even after marraige. How would you feel?

  I'm sure he would discuss that with me before making any decisions. Many people have different views (mostly negative) about the marriage culture in Korea. 

  For one, my boyfriend does not give any percentage of his salary to his parents. Same goes for his elder siblings. Their parents own a small business so they provide very sufficiently for themselves. They do not expect their daughter in laws to make kimchi, stay with them after marriage or treat their daughter in laws as servants - many of which are depicted in almost all Korean drama we see. 

  But I guess every family is different :)
