Run slowly as fast as possible

  One day my hockey coach said to me, "Jeremy, run slowly as fast as possible around the field." The moment I heard that, I was like, "har?" And in the end, it meant that i was supposed to run in my 'fastest slow pace' :D

  If you encounter contradictions here, post it! And we will try to find out what it actually means. :D
