shit like orange juice is stupid.. because it's mostly sugar and citric acid.. the body does not have enough time to absorb the vitamin C but will readily absorb ALL the sugar in the juice.. which drives your insulin levels crazy resulting in a greater hunger and craving...
eating less is correct but you do not eat less by skipping meals.. because your body compensates by dropping the metabolic rate.. and all kinds of shit happens...
research on what is a healthy diet.. a real healthy diet.. or you can ask around...
quitting smoking is not as hard as it seems because i've done it at one go.. just stop.. put the money you will buy cigarettes with in a box.. do not open it until the end of the year and you will find you have a shitload of cash..
exercise.. and i don't mean the bullshit exercise you see on those stupid "biggest loser" shows.. those are unsustainable.. again, go read up on stuff.. exercise which is geared towards increasing your metabolism and also increasing your muscle mass.. without killing you first..

But I thought it was my intake of food causing my weight problem...
My snacking habits is super terrible any food on sight at home is my snack... Which is why my fridge and freezer are always empty... My mum dare not stock up anything cus it will be gone in 1 or 2 days lol...
And also I almost never touch plain water at all... Everyday I will drink at least a 1.5L of soft drink... That's minimum and only at home lol...

You've just confirmed what I said: your habit of two-meals-a-day is very likely the cause of your weight gain.
You ever wondered why you need to snack so much? It's because you don't eat enough regular meals. By skipping regular meals, your body has to compensate by snacking. And the problem with snacking is that you tend to overcompensate.
So for goodness' sake, please listen to reason and eat three regular wholesome meals a day. There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating Quaker Oats for breakfast, chai png with braised chicken (minus skin) for lunch, economy bee hoon (with no extra sides) for dinner, and granola bars for your mid-morning and tea breaks.
And ask your mother to stock up the fridge - with healthy food like fruits and low-fat yogurt.
If you couldn't be bothered to listen to all this sound advice by all the forummites in here, I can guarantee you that your weight will continue to balloon and you will continue to whine in this thread about how your weight-loss efforts have all failed.

all that sugar (we're taking equivalent of over THIRTY teaspoonfuls worth of sugar) is causing massive insulin spikes leading to fat storage, not to mention hunger pangs.
and in the long run your pancreas are going to be so exhausted from having to secrete all that insulin, they're going to suffer from impaired function and then its hello diabetes.
