Xmas Date

I'm probably going to regret this when I get out of bed this evening (friggin jet lag you see)...
Right...I am back in Sg on hols to see family and friends. I will be in Sg till sometime in Jan 10. To that end, I find myself in Sg over the xmas period. On Xmas eve, I've got several options:
1. Go to a family do and meet the relatives.
2. Stay at home.
I have no particular wish to do number 1 because I just know it's going to end up being a fairly stressful evening. With regards to staying in, well, I spent last xmas eve in a BnB in Bournemouth watching bad television, so I have no inclination to do so again - especially as the telly in Sg is so very much worse than it is in England.As well, I cannot meet friends because they do not share my disdain for family dos and so will be spending time with their families.
To that end, my sleep deprived mind decied it would be a good idea to post this. I'm looking to spend xmas eve on a date with a like minded female. As much as this sounds like a cliche, it really would be no strings attached. You don't even have to bring a present. I must admit I would probably not say no to sex if some hot errm chich asked for it. It would be rude not to... All in all, it is just meeting a new person and 2 adults being out on a jolly.
According to people who know more about these kinds of things than I do, my background matters so I am a chinese male, circa 27, raised in Sg, got a degree overseas and am now based overseas. I have interests in current affairs and to a certain extent, politics. I also consider myself to be fairly well-spoken and intelligent. I am tall-ish and slim. Alas, I can't drive ,I am not loaded and I am not some debonair man about town. That said, I lead what I feel is a fairly comfortable lifestyle.
So any like-minded, female the same age or younger (look, I am ageist because I have been socially coinditioned like everyone else in Sg to be ageist. And it would be weird to go out with someone my mum's age...) interested in going out on a jolly?
Gimme a shout and we'll see if we can work something out.

That said, I am not setting myself up for a fall by saying I am handsome. For some reason, everyone says they are "average looking"; I do not want to parrot this trite mantra so used by the masses.

Let's face it. Xmas eve is when those in the service industry pull out all the stops to impress. One cannot experience the benefit of that service if one were to go out alone.
