No more deferment unless retaking in JC or Pre-U.

If lets say I have flunked my A levels (e.g. CDDD). Can I still go on to defer my NS and sign up as a private candidate? Lets also assume that my SPA were all very well done. Do I have to take the Practical (not the SPA) in conformity to the new standards?(My batch is the last one taking the SPA)
Comments greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can only defer NS if you failed your A's. If you pass, regardless how weak the pass is, you are not allowed to defer NS and if you want to take private A's, you have to take it while serving ur NS.
Hi TS, you still have a few more months to go before your A lvls exams, why are you thinking of retaking at this point of time? If you keep having this mentality, you would not be able to do your best in the coming exams. Yes, revising at your own pace sounds good but it is a waste of 1 whole year! Give your best shot this year...
CDDD is still pass leh.
