NEA fine question.

  Hi, i got fined by NEA for throwing a cig into a drain at tamp 1 on 31/7/10. Today i tried paying the fine at a AXS station but when i typed my Case No.(Which is at the top right corner of the letter right?) it says no such case no. What does it mean? Do i still pay or ? And i have till 21/9/10 to pay. What do i do?
