say 'no' to illegal cigarettes

Singapore customs has been advertising this say "no" to illegal cigarettes for sometime now. I think it is badly done, the advert seems to encourage smoking. With the smoke changing into symbols of phone and such, the advert just reminds me of smokeyness and makes me want to smoke!
