  For beginners, you take in 20% cigg smoke and 80% air into your lungs. Held it there, and expel.
  
  Pros will be sucking all cig smoke. I had a friend who can finish off a marlboro red in 8-13 seconds.

  smoking without ta-rea isn't call smoking at all...
  Smoking without ta-rea simply means you just keep the smoke inside your mouth and blow...
  
  you must smoke into inside... then you can feel something in your throat... that is real smoking ^^
  
  hmm if you still dunno how, try this method...
  put cig on mouth, suck in smoke into mouth, take out cig and close mouth, take a deep breath like how you do for your exercise...
  ^^
