  Cheapest should be those self-packed ones...but if you say in Singapore, those normal cigarettes, SKL cheapest, usually $8.20~$8.60 only. Most expensive should be Marlboro...if im not wrong.

  Cheapest is that brands like Halftime, Gentori, Double Happiness these all below $9 Below $9 not much

  stayed in shanghai for past 5 years,
  double happiness or hong shuang xi (the most commonly smoked in china)
  costs only like RMB7 in china lor. which is about SGD$1.50
  come here price x10. diao.
  
  but chinese cigarettes different from western cigarettes from what i hear. chinese ciggs tobacco is mixed, western tobacco is roasted i think. donno what, hear from people one.
