gp3: not all limited edition in the picture. 2004 williams walrus nose montoya which I got it from TRU at 30 bucks. 2003 and 2005 M. schumacher also not limited.
my collection is mainly collecting all hw 1/18 of MSC, left about 5 models to finish the collection if it was to finish but some cars are so obsure it could just be a rumor. In my list there are at least 40 different hw 1/18 schumacher. secondary interests include collecting every year's WDC in 1/18, so far 1998, 2000-2005 (2006 quite soon)
Minichamps MSC are a bit out of reach because of their pricing.
my favourite model is the chrome 6x wdc of 2003. Because the chrome surface is to die for but quite hard to take good pictures of it because it reflects the paint off my room. Also it was the first time I bought from Motorsports and really it is the place to buy such stuff locally.
lobangs wise I can help:
lets see, got discounted minichamps 1/18s at taka toy section at 65 bucks from the 2000-2001 season but the cars there are mainly the non winners e.g bar, williams, benetton, sauber and arrows. -
Ya, that time I went Takashimaya,I was surprised to see many 1999-2001 Minichamps 1/18 F1 selling at cheap price!!

its easy actually....... u can take the photo like tat anywhere.... even u on the light.... jus put the model above a black cloth .... then u can jus shoot like tat.... dun use flash but best u hav a very bright light facing the model.... the outcome will become like this... oni focus on model
tat makes the model more outstanding... but my picture are lake of light

sorry to nitpick but its not really an accurate job. The white winglet just below the over loop camera is painted red. The 2 stickers on the winglet I think are meant for the helmet, ditto for the extra ones on the bodywork fins just above the vodafone advert. I too made some mistakes with the earlier decals from the 2000-2001 season so its important to notice small details of the car before applying decals on them. one mistake i made was buying at 1998 decal set and fixing them on a 2000 model, looks ok but there is a shadow on the 98 logo which isn't perfect for a 2000 logo. so even then it varies from year to year. -
yeah i did some mistake when i stick the decal.... regret lah... but dun care la jus put there... if i remove now it look even worse i think

use water to wet it
slide it off the paper and onto the target area.
try not to tear the decal or roll it, once that happens money down the drain.
have you tried plastic modelling before? the decal sheets are exactly like those. (with exception of tamiya mini 4wd cars which are basically stickers) -

Williams drivers take their maiden wins in Italy (monza, imola) nearly winning 3 if not for a dutchman who smashed into Montoya at Brazil. And 3 other incidents where the Williams cars were rear ended, bringing out that "Keep your distance" rear wing on Friday Practice in Imola.
3 Important rookies appear, Alonso, Kimi and Montoya.
And schumi takes his 4th Championship title.
