One thing about the race suit specials... the lucky guys get the ones with sponsor logos. No.1 in the series of Kimi's I believe has the word sparco intact.
And the funny part is the tobacco sponsors are also intact.... some one had Marlboro logo for his schumi ones.
One exciting and very expensive prototype, check this out and the f2001 chrome edition. Too bad I don't have that kinda money to throw.

That is custom made one, that is not officially by Mattel. And that is F2005, not F2001

I think of it as a prototype... got some of the floating here and there. They call it the 8x WDC for Schumi which of course didn't happen in 2005.
The dumb part is schumi with the helmet on...holding another helmet.. doesn't he know he has only one head.
The F2001 is here..perfect save for the red onboard cam.

ya i think tats the most detail and nice MP4 -22 around which u can find.... although its not diecast.... but nice.... btw u guys every think of buying one MP4 22 and respray urself ?

of coz, the easy and nice way is to display them sideways (perspective view)... this has to depend on ur cabinet storage space... if theres limited space, then u may have to put it side by side... oso, to enhance the some 'effect' on the display, u may oso wana add some lights... perhaps add mirrors to ur cabinet as u can oso watch the rear of the cars... finally, add some black colored glasses as the surface of the display as the reflection can have another different viewing pleasure...Originally posted by Gazelle:Thinking of taking out some of my collection, need some recommendation on how to display them. Anyone knows how much does Minichamps' M Schumacher models re fetching? Esp the 95 Benetton Renault and the 97 Ferrari. Also, howmuch you think a 97 MP4/13 Mclaren orange test car Hakkinen is worth?

In real life it is actually made up of stickers...watched the US GP from speedtv's point of view. They actually did a feature on the earth car and how they repaired the "earth" over the course of the weekend when you got stuff e.g rocks damaging the "earth", they have stickers to paste over the earth.Originally posted by nighteye:Honda RA107 2007

It seems like they are more interested in Earth thing that their car's performance...they performed so badly this year..
If they care for the Earth, they should stop racing..

The weekend is here and not much to show today except of the former world champion. Regardless of the result in Brazil, he will not be this year's WDC.
The model is different from the standard Renault car for the additional aero bits. Try to spot the not so obvious mistake.

don think they will reunite next year... heard through a radio news saying tat Ron Dennis wont be letting Alonso off to those big teams like Ferrari, Renault, Honda and Toyota next year... he will only let Alonso move to those privatized team like Super Aguri, Red Bull, Toro Rosso etc. if Alonso himself is interested in those teams...
