Hrm... ok... I was actually trying out natural lighting... Felt the natural lighting wasn't bright enough, hence the flash... Heh...Originally posted by HeXy:Cool car nice pics dude..
Some tips for photography..
1) Try not to use flash.. use artificial lighting ie table lamp or sth else.. And because u are not using flash, use a tripod or other forms of stabalisation for the camera so that ur photos will not turn out to be blur....
2) Lock focus on the correct part of the car. ie the front.. in some of ur pics u focused on the windscreen instead so the fronf of the car becomes blurred..
My 2 cents worth of suggestions dude.. Me not pro photograher.. But these tips will make ur pics look even better
Cheers.
Haha... actually... when I said I was trying out the photoshoot with the SLR.. I meant the Merc Mclaren SLR... not a DSLR camera... I'm only using a normal PnS 2mp digital camera without any macro functions... LoL...Originally posted by ^tamago^:for close-ups in aperture mode, u need standalone bright lighting to achieve low F numbers for good focus on the front. also, ur DSLR camera shld let u select which part u wan to focus on, so u can select the lower region if u wan the bonnet to be the sharpest and the body behind to be the blurrest.
Thanks... its not actually black... but some colour called Anthracyte... kinda like a mix between silver and black... hehe... The colour just kinda appealed to me... heh...Originally posted by Vanquish:oo a mix up between both SLR lol..

I'm not sure about the focussing though... Its on auto focus... Lol...
That's the lock the focus? I tot it was just an autofocus thing... Lol... I'll try it next time... hee...Originally posted by HeXy:You can actually lock focus..
First, let the front of the car be at the centre of ur viewfinder / screen where the focus icon is.. then compress the shutter button HALFWAY.
While still holding the shutter button halfway, move the camera so that the screen now shows the desired picture of the whole car.. compress the shutter button fully to complete the shot..
