  actually i like taking pics with the v3i. no need to resize the pics. no need to charge up the ixus' battery. no need to hunt for the ixus flash card which is always somewhere else and not together with the camera.
  
  but the v3i doesnt have macro. sadly. and it takes a long time to transfer the pics from the phone to the PC.
