Sad, sad case.
You may be one of the smartest around, but i can safely assure you that you wouldn't be anywhere near the top in terms of interpersonal relationships.
Do you work as a doctor, because you CARE for the people and their health, or do you work as a doctor, because of FAME and FORTUNE?
It is clearly evident to me and the others, judging from the way you've portrayed yourself as, it is the latter.
In this forum, i only have respect for Renorenal as an M.D. EVEN if he isn't one in real-life (so much that you want to dig out that possibility), he has done alot in helping forumnites around here.
For a start, what have you done?
Don't expect people to respect you when you've did nothing as a doctor, and more so, tries to demean someone who did what is not necessary, but because he wants to help us out in a way or two.
Go reflect upon your greater-than-thou self, DOCTOR. -

if you need to make someone down, find atleast some shallow moron like you, who deserves it.
Don't bother us with your "knowledge" which you actually haven't proved yet (and we don't want you to prove it anyway, we have enough of you). You behave childhish, you act like a wannabe Napoleon (searching for conflicts and living in the hallucination that you are the good one and right one here).
Renorenal might be "only" 23 years old, but he acts more mature then you.
You have to learn a lot from reno, learn from him about humanity and humility, learn about having the human approach with heart.
We stand by him whatever you might say. You tried to make down even OM and if you want to make down even me, you are welcome.
Now go and take what I prescribe you: Prozac + Valium 3 times a day. And if you still feel like making someone down, take them 3 times an hour.

After reading all the threads, I feel that you --> mentallyimpaired is not fit to be a doctor. Either that, you are just someone out there to show off your knowledge.
From my experience (not very long, but they have enough threads for me to tell), renorenal, thinkdifferent, oxford mushroom and alfagal are genuine doctors, whether or not you agree. They really want to help, and they do it sincerely. They spend their free time here, answering questions that forumers have. They also tried to make the forum lively by having medical mysteries. As forumers try to solve them, they learn something new.
Just something for you: If you are a Singaporean and a doctor, you are truly damaging Singapore's reputation as having good and caring doctors. I have not seen a doctor like you. Even when I asked questions to senior doctors at TTSH, they don't behave like you.
If you are not a Singaporean, I hope you would go somewhere other than Singapore. -

oxford mushroom is just a nickname used in forums. Why do you have to call this doctor a fungal? I may not have medical knowledge, and I can't answer your questions, but I am brought up properly by my parents. It is not right to call other people names, unless they introduce their other name to you.
renorenal is not a coward nor is he a phony doctor. You may call me naive, but the answers they give are similar to what I have read from books, learn from my teacher and what my doctors are telling me.
Hope you will not disturb him and the other doctors here.
