The solid academic reputation of universities in both Australia and New Zealand make them extremely desirable choices for pursuing postgraduate studies. Both nations boast globally recognized curriculum and degree programs. Hi Alvin, are you stilling searching? You should have go to www.edulink.com.sg for a free consultation with either Ginny or Bill. They are the experts and will guide you according to your interest and abilities.
They guided me all the way and whenever I encountered obstacles, they are always prompt and clear on their advice.
It is not where you study, but what you study that matters. I got my computer science degree in Australia and is now working and living in US, California (Silicon Valley). I'm a engineering manager who manages and trains a team of engineer here in California for my employer.
Psychology is what we (I've migrated to US) in US call "Liberal Arts" degree. It has similar value to a degree in Ethiopian Basket Weaving, meaning, you'll probably not get a good job with it.
My cousin got a business degree from the US (Washington DC I recall) and he now drives a tour van in Singapore.
To each his own and you make your own choices, my recommendation would be to invest in a technical/science degree if you're going to be spending all that money anyway.
Any university recommendations to do a degree in an Art related field?
In Australia that is. I currently hold a Diploma in Teaching from MOE and a another one, Diploma in Art (Teaching) from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
