First time moving abroad, can help?

  Hello,

  I am hoping I could find some help here. A quick intro, I'm a Singaporean girl working in Singapore for the past 10 years. I will leave Singapore to join my partner in France next year, and I am not sure where I can look for information regarding taxes, banking, cpf, investments, insurances, moving - just to name a few topics that are overwhelming me at the moment! For now, I still plan to hold on to my Singapore passport, and will be in France on a spouse visa. 

  A few questions, if anyone is able to help, I'd appreciate!
  

  1. As a non-resident of Singapore, can I still keep my bank accounts open? Should I?
  2. Does anything change regarding income tax since I won't be staying in Singapore? 
  3. Do I have to pay taxes on capital gains? I have a couple of trading accounts open.
  4. Are there any resources online that could address these concerns I have? 
     
     I also wonder that maybe I don't have to stress over the above problems as long as I'm holding on to Singapore citizenship. Anyone able to clarify?
