  This question might have been asked/answered many times, but information changes and i would like to know the updates.

  Im 21, going to graduate from university really soon. Taking BsC in Cyber Forensics & Business Information Systems. Im Looking to Work In Melbourne, Australia, but not really picky on where. Send me to adelaide and im fine too.
  
  - I have No Work Exp now, looking to start my career there as an intern or a full- time job, but all requires you to have an Aussie PR, which i don't. 
  How would i go about getting a PR? Must i attain a Working Visa and keep renewing?
  
  - Would going through an agent or self applying be more successful?
