  Hi,

  I know I can get a landing visa for 3-month before entering us. But I need it to be longer.

  If I apply for a visa at US Embassy before leaving Singapore, how long will be the visa? 10 years? And what is the maximum time of stay in US before leaving.

  dunno what kind of visa u applying but for f1 its usually 4yrs and no, u can only enter as a visa holder for the amount of time stated before school commences afaik. 10yrs? wait long long ar
