BEWARE of Unscrupulous CHINA workers

Man, you wouldn't believe what i am about write here or maybe you may encounter this if you are working or have a manufacturing plant in China. I cannot do anything about it and it so frustrating. The fxxking law in China is just fxxking screw up. I am working in Singapore invested company in Shenzhen China. Every now and then if not very frequent i am faced with workers trying to take advantage of their labour law to "suck" you for money. Yes i do agree there are geniune hard working ppl there but it's just that these unscrupulous fucking seems to more than those honest ones. My HR employ a so called ex-army person who give us the impression that he is a sort of law abiding, well disciplined person FXXK HELL. After his probation his monkey business started. On duty he is no where to be found and i was informed he went out behind our factory for a mahjong session. I waited in the guard house for almost 4 hours before he returned. Once he is back i wasted no time and questioned his whereabouts. On the following Monday I informed HR to issue a warning letter to him for deserting his post while on duty. My HR called him up and an argument ensued, he told my HR, he'll leave the company. On that day we received a call from the labour ministry telling us that this person has filed a complaint against my company. So my HR told the labour officer that we will take on the case as we have all the evidence for the case. Almost evening i saw him at the guard house, i told him to leave the company's premise since he has filed a complaint against us he is not allow in the company. He kicked up a fuss and rushed up our office building's rooftop ans screamed that he will jump off the roof if his demand is not met. I was told there were many such incident or threats of jumping off roof to demand the company for compensation. We call the police, fire department and even the village head came. You know what the FXXKing chinese goon said, he said the company sack him wthout any reason, i told the cops that we have informed the labour ministry that we are taking on the case. Then he says i made a call to engage "gangsters" to beat him up. You know what the police, fire department and the village head did? Nothing!! FXXk NOTHING at all!! They just tell give him whatever he wants. Having no other alternative i gave in, as the drama was heating up neighbouring factories' workers were all at the road watching. We paid accord to his demand which luckly its not too much. I was told he is now a "Or Kui Tao" in longhua and even recruited one of my female worker to be a prositute and most frustating is he used the same ruse on another factory before he join us. That factory i was told paid almost 150K rmb and why? He managed to convince the rest of the security guards there to join him on the "jumping off" the building ruse. So all Singapore and foreign companies in China BEWARE. In Singapore no 13 months you can do nothing, but over here they tell you it's theirs it is must you must give it them. The law here states after 3 continuous contract the workers are "married" to the company for life. You sack him you pay him/her 1 month for each year of service. Why of PAP do not implement such labour law to protect our Singaporeans?

Employees in China are not easy to control. In Singapore we have obedient citizens that follow the laws, rules and guidelines to work and are not appreciated. Contrary to the China govt, the govt here have no interest to protect the jobs of the citizens who pay them million dollar salary.

ha ha ha......my ex boss hired a guy to oversee production in China.....this guy worked for him for 4 years....last year 2 weeks b4 CNY he called the US to our boss and claimed that he was kidnap......
So I called the cities police and my boss called HK intepol so from across the pacific we napped the entired network.....including the production guy.....
its a Wild Wild World......you must be daring if they pull a stunt make sure you put them down for Good.....

I've encountered stuffs that were worse. shall not say though -
why you call so many people... if he want to jump ask him if he needs help aka a kick from behind... tell him your time is important, if he don't want to jump want to waste your time, he must pay you before he jump...

next time if you encounter any worker threatening to jump, get the fire department to prepare for his fall. Then pls be so helpful and just kick him in the ass to help him on the way.
Once you have given in to him, others will follow.
