Kalifornia is indeed chock-full of crazy people. And we're not just talking about the state government.
If you had played your cards right, you could have let the homeless guy attack you, then disarm him and walk away with a free umbrella.
eee i think i'll more likely walk away with ebola that comes with the umbrella . marina del rey is great no crazy people if there's one 6 or 7 police cars will come and tackle/tazer him and drag him away, i saw with my own eyes outside ralph's across the road!
anyways i da pao'd msian hokkien mee and satay from belachan grill, total rip off but craving satisfied!

you know we had one of the prolong hot season this year. I had tripple digit for the last 3 weeks. and night time hottest was like 80F lowerest.....U can imagine sleeping at night.
but this week night temperature as gone down drastically to 67F. yesterday higherest daytime was only 77F it was a sudden drop from the usual 99-100 to 77F
Fall color, we don't get the full effect of fall color here in Socal mountain because the native plants are mostly ever green. Also by this time if the mountain Weed and Grass are not burned they are yellow and dry Hay.
Spring is the best time in Socal. Jan/Feb is nice especially at the foothill the snow from the mountain keep the temperature cool. But not cold.
