even if possible to pack in a way easy for transport...can we actually bring char kway teow through the customs or via mail? the last time i tried to bring in some mooncakes into the states...the custom people were really scrutinizing the cakes for any traces of egg.
i've ever brought a big box of matsusaka beef frozen/vacuum sealed with me on my flight from japan to singapore. the beef slices were still frozen solid when i got home.
just a side note...anyone in the states has bought stuffs from http://www.efooddepot.com/ before? they've got some nice asian spices at quite reasonable prices. anyone can recommend any other sites where i can get nice asian ready spices at cheaper prices?
