I discovered an online service that can send sms to singapore for only RM0.10 per sms. Not only you can send thru their website, you can even send using your mobile phone. No software setup or installation is required. As long as you know how to use SMS or internet, then you can use their service.
In addition to that, they even have an SMS to email feature which let you drop an email to your friend using SMS.
