Working and living at LA?

Is SG$100,000 enough for a foreigner to work and live in LA? I tried to search online but not much info. Most of the info are pass years.

I would assume that u the amount is for 1 yr and the exchange rate is 1.5. Roughly 5.5k per month. After tax and all the bills and daily expenses, i assume u will have roughly 1k or less than 1k usd saving. But this depend on which area u live in and how u control ur expenses the amount can varies, but I think the amt u getting should be enuff for u if u are single....
But dont quote me...i am just making a rough estimation, please wait for the other forumers to give u a better answer and details.

thanks for the quick respons. the amount is what I will bring over to LA. Before heading over there, I will find a apartment and a job. not sure enough anot? anyway still got two years to plan.. tc

it actually depend on the live style you want.....let just say it can be endless pit. But there are plenty of people that goes by with a much lower cost than living in Singapore.
my usual recomendation start small and learned before throwing large money.

from LA, just take a car ride to viva Las Vegas city in Nevada, its a good place to invest your money and get the goodest returns from the investment. -
