  hi all,

  i stayed singapore 2 yrs and never summoned or went to court or any conviction. when i left i had not paid my mobile bill and now i going to apply cncc for australia. i got singapore visa and clear immigration and apply cncc in person. does that my outstanding bill show on CNCC... if so then how serious it is?

  so long as there are no court conviction you should be fine....your singtel bill is only small claim court.
