Happy 4th !

  In previous years, we usual head for the base to enjoy the games, food and fireworks. This year, instead of the same old, same old, we're heading to the county fair, yippee! The fair is famous for its fried nonsense. Like fried twinkies, fried oreos, fried snickers, etc. The more artery clogging, the better. haha. I'll post pics.

  What are you guys doing on the 4th?

  might head to 3rd promenade or the pier, parking's a beeyotch! but then again its only my 3rd week here i dont have that many friends yet

  im only taking one class in summer and the girls in math are icky. still waiting for fall...sigh.... knew i should have taken esl!

  becareful hor.....sometime the ESL students by day part time louge girl by night.......I learned that from a korean business man who recruit oversea students to meet US asia man's demand.

  U served SAF....? Just take out the SAF backpack....change the concept as survivor pack  + Radio.  Ask yourself different scenario what would you need if you are stuck in your place. Water will be your main concern as you are in sub desert enviornment.  The rest you get the idea.

  storage of water should be your first priority so infact you should get a few gallon store in your apartment.

  I presume you are going to be here in LA for the next few years.

  Er... the water's the last place you want to be close to in an earthquake.

  If you're caught in one, stand under a doorway or get under a table to remove yourself from falling debris, HTHs.
