Racial segregation in university

Does anyone notice that in australian universities, you can literally divide the clubs and societies between white and asian. For example, if you were to join badminton, table tennis, or any of the other martial arts clubs, you will find mostly asians in the club. On the other hand, there are almost no asians in watersports, outdoor, hockey, rugby, skiing clubs etc. I find it funny because there are so many asians in australia and all seem to be only interested in martial arts. I think only tennis clubs, which i joined, have even an even mix of whites and asians.

Just because the sports are white dominated, doesn't mean we can't shine in them.

not true.. while I was in oz, I was in the bball team,and there is an equal mix in the table-tennis team (to my surprise), netball team.. I was invited to join the oz rules football, but did not want to risk cause it is high impact/injury sports. i feel, it is totally dependable on your technical skills/physique/interest.

i think it happens in the unis in lowly populated states like Tasmania.
Melb and sydney i think there are asian controlled

whether white people dont like u or not, i think the govrnment over there is quite fair.

for a start, start calling them Caucasians.. that might help a lil. i don't think you will like them to start calling you yellow skin or brownies ?

U try join the rugby club la.. u get knocked out in the first tackle la..
Cause those sports are not really sports the asians are used to in thier own country ma.
U see the local born , they may be in those clubs like hockey etc.
