Backpack travel to Tibet - looking for travel buddy

I'm planning to travel in Tibel in this Jun, visit Lhasa ofcause, go through Ngari Prefecture - known as the “roof of the roof of the world” and the most “Tibetan” part of Tibet, pilgrimage Mt Kailash and the sacred Lake Manasarovar....
The plan is to hire a car (four- wheel- drive vehicle, with a driver), entry Tibet by Qinghai-Tibet Highway or Xinjiang-Tibet highway, then take 30 days go around Tibet.
I'm looking for 3 travel buddies, so we can share the car and other expense. All go dutch. Estimate spend S$3000-4000 per person for the whole trip.
I hope the buddies have some backpack travel experience (better to have some highland travel experience), love nature, teamwork.

3k-4k is not enough for a month
i stopped planning mine a few wks ago cos the return price cost 1.5k++
and its highly inaccessible to foreigners too

Do you mean return airticket? Then why not book round trip?
It all depend on how you want to spend your money.
I'm planning a backpack trip, not a luxurious tour.
3-4k is including 4-wheel-drive rent fee (around 1.5k per person if 4 person share), accommodation (most of the places are underdeveloped and no 3 or 4 or 5 star hotels, and some just a bed only!), air ticket (not SIA ofcourse).
I have been Tibet once, and some underdeveloped regions in Sichuan and Yuannan. I saw many western there. Since the western can go there, why it is inaccessible for Singaporean?
Anyone can recommend which is the right forum in Singapore for backpacker? I searched through google, but can't find any suitable forum. Since there are some travel posts in the forum, so I just posted here to try my luck.

The folks here, are kinda travelling on their own overseas. Or travels with known fellow travellers.
Backpacking is kinda hard on us, cos most of us are old, with knee, foot and back problems.

btw, tibet is closed now til further notice.
the riot last year has cost me my flight to lhasa (lost money)!
