  For me, it would be beef in oyster sauce over white rice. It's a staple of many Asian restaurants here.

  i don't care what kind of noodles they want to call it. it tastes like crap...>.< i swear the curry powder was a bad idea. no matter where i've eaten singapore noodles, it's the curry powder that ruins it.
