sadly, the only sg food i made was bak kut teh and it was from prima taste... tried making hokkien mee at work but couldn't get the right texture.. okie, time to go to bed !!!

i have a question it may sound silly..... but Hainan chicken rice in SG originated from .....? Hainan dialect but from SG or from Hainan China?
I have eaten various typed of chicken n Rice here but find that the way rice are cooked are different? Street chicken, Rose chicken.
