I don't think dental clinics have different "walk-in" fee schedules for resident and non-resident customers.
The cost of dental care, at least here in the US, can vary considerably based on whether or not you have dental insurance, and the level of that insurance coverage that you have opted for.
Within most insurance plans, you also have to contend with deductibles and copay amounts for the various dental services covered. As an example, in my case, I pay a premium of little under $5 per month for the dental plan through my employer, and get up to two "free" cleanings per calendar year. Restorative care and prosthetics and covered up to 50% by the plan.
