Look at the second treeline from the left, running up the hill. See those plumes of white blowing towards the right of the treeline at regular intervals? That's the artificial snow being generated.Originally posted by noopi:by the way i no see what artificial snow blowing out...

Cold weather doesn't necessarily imply permanent snow cover. There has to be precipitation (i.e., snowfall) to provide that snow cover. It doesn't snow all the time in winter climes, and an occasional stretch of warm (i.e., above-freezing) weather can melt some or all of the accumulated snow on the ground.Originally posted by noopi:oh...
but generated from where?

eh, when u were down under, u no go ski resort meh?
yah, it's costly. i tink ski lift tix are like over C$100. so a day at the ski resort can easily cost one about C$150 plus this plus that.
