You might be able to get a document witnessed and/or notarized at your local bank. Of cos I can find legal firms in melbourne and I also managed to get some help from other forum and one of the girl give me this website www.notarylocator.com.au , I jus wan to confirm I did can get help from them, to sign my HDB document, right? Cause the HDB officer told me I have to sign infront of the officer in Singapore Embassy, other than that, he is is not sure.
