i got a friend, no pr no nothing. just gave up his job in sg and take up mba at one of the biz uni. reputable one lah. after his first year, he got internship in kenya. quite good. got pay and accommodation.
then even before he finish his 2nd year (graduation year), he got offered a job in the states. now, he is working in the states liao.
so, it's like, u never know till u try. if like durian bao jiak, then kang kor lah. nothing falls on our laps leh, must kaki pok.

yah, when we retire, we will look for a winter home. most canadians chose florida but the crime rate quite high. now, the popular place is arizona. we don't know yet. still got some years to think about. thanks -

yeah. i realli wanna go back...but...guess i dun realli have a choice this year...
hmm...yeah. drop one course is ok one. the 'standard' is 5 courses a semester right...
but they leave you some space in case u fail a course or something...hmm...so yeah. it's ok to drop. better than failing. but see what's the reason as to why he wants to drop lar. usually pple drop a course cos they wanna concentrate and up the grades for the other courses or cos they are not doing well for the course they wanna drop. but if he's actually doing good for all the courses (including the one he wants to drop), then i wouldnt recommend it. but there's nothing wrong with dropping lots of people do it. and he'd better make up his mind soon too before it's too late...(not sure about his school, but for my school, i have another 2 weeks or so before i cannot drop.) -
