he said maybe thanksgiving weekend. we are going over this weekend. i guess he found some gaming buddies. bringing over his game console and other stuff. he said food is really expensive at the cafes.
it's a good thing, he is in a suite with a kitchen so he can do some cooking too. i started with one container to bring over the barang barang. but now? i got TWO!!!
no skype ah. i tink his rez line has some free long distance minutes but even that, him like me is not a phone person. i tink he wanna enjoy his independence and don't want us bugging him.
my friends told me the same thing. most if not all the kids go off to uni and don't want their parents calling or calling too often.

to keep myself busy (other than drama), i signed up a course on computer, info security. but i tink i dig a grave for myself. class has started and one of the assignments is to design a web page.

hmm...err...yeah dun call too often lah... erm...i think once a week for the first few weeks is ok lah....

but damn. once i was VERY tired so i was sleeping so i missed my mom's call. then when i woke up. 20 bloody missed calls on my phone!!!!!!!! >.< that one is too much ok

we were there last weekend and i detected a hint of what he experience at home that he "transfers" to his suite. i am glad he takes charge of certain things and getting stuff organized and tidy.
actually, i am taking this transition in stride but hubby is the nervous one. he saw beer bottles in the other rooms (sonny's suitemates) and then kept repeating to me. i wonder if fathers have a harder time "letting go" of their kids.
my nephew did an internship in shanghai and his dad so kan cheong. the following week after he left, the father made a trip there to check him out. and his father is ang moh some more. kekekeke~~~~
