I don't eat much indian food here ... cos cheap indian resturants seem to be an oxymoron here ! .... Mad

blardy hell ... the last indian resturant I went to charged us C$17 for a serving of lamb curry .... the bowl was just slightly bigger than your average rice-bowl, and I counted only 5 pieces of bite sized meat in it ! .... Mad

cheap fried rice, soup noodles that kind of stuff go overseas also like 10times of the price in China.

HK "cha can ting" stuff are things that students, workers can afford to eat as lunch everyday. Imagine you go HK cafe in singapore everyday.........

The thing with Indian food lies in the gravy and rice combination. The vegetable are mush. so everything is combine. My favorite is the spanich with Cottage cheese. Mr. Green

They had Indian Buffet for US$9.99 (1 chk, 1 red meats dish, 3 vegetable dish some other stuff.) on sunday. free flow of Nann and champagne

All this talk of food make me hungry.

I had one mutton curry and mango lasi for ard 15 USD! GOd, i was ripped! However the food was very nice and filling! Laughing

One thing i found out was all the indians in the restaurant from the chef to waiter and to the boss is somewhat related...either cousins or watever
