dishwashing detergent with pumps

  I cant find those dishwashing detergent that can sit on the counter and comes with a pump that you pump onto your sponge those liquids.
  
  I finally have to use a hand washing soap container to hold the dishwashing liquids so its easier to pump up and wash the dishes.
  
  Why does USA not have those pump style dishwashing dispenser?
  
  Those pump foam type are extremely expensive to buy and refill.

  Wal-Mart has a house-brand dishwashing detergent that comes in a pump bottle. Can't remember the name, but the label is blue with white diagonal streaks.
