hehe for all you know, maybe you could be the only one there since last few years, like maybe they will have 1 in school every maybe 5 years or something. LOL!
My school has only 2 of us, and we are both in different years, but go in at the same time. and we already knew each other before we study there.
perhaps NL is not really so called the preferred study destinations for singaporeans, probably because of the misconception that everything will be in Dutch, or simply because its mostly govt funded, which means that "agencies" in singapore cannot really make profit out of them, unlike some schools in australia, US, UK etc...
Hows your schools culture and environment like? Do you like it so far? I love my school's culture, which is very stimulating for my interests and growth
the only thing i dun quite like is the bureaucracy and the dealing with red tape.
Had some seniors (I think 3!) who went the previous semester, and I guess most of the people SEEM to prefer to come during the semester in February, probably due to the fact that you get a longer travelling period.
Wihch school are you in? Hmm....I guess NL is not really a great place for exchange, 'cos Bachelor courses are in Dutch (sighs) and Masters courses are a little too high levelled...I think you might get what I mean. Studying something out of your depth aint totally easy.
Hmm...school's culture is ok...but I guess they could do more for exchange students, like what they did for the students on the Master programme (prob cos they have a scholarship to study there. Geez) -
