  Hi there bros, one of my frens want to go to aussie to study a degree ( He is a local poly grad) ... He wans to reside there forever

  To apply for skill migration upon completion of his uni degree (at least 2 years).
  
  He needs to have enough points to apply. The points depend on:
  - Age
  - Skill (what degree)
  - English proficiency
  - if he has relatives in Oz then he has bonus point
  etc
