What is you miss about Singapore or what is it you miss from Singapore?

food and cheap dental !

Perhaps some of the food. And not much else.

Food, cheap dental, cheap medical & the convenience of 24 hour makan, chit chat & shopping.
And....that it takes only 15 minutes to go to anywhere. Especially since I ride a motorcycle myself. -
family and friends .....
food ? .... not so much now .... you get the hankering every now and then, but after a while you realize you don't really miss it that much anymore ...
Perhaps TS should start a thread about what we DON'T miss about Singapore ....
Singapore does look so very attractive when you're outside looking in ...

And i mean that sincercely...U cant find that anywhere in the world !
Dun believe me try staying or migrating to another country for a period of time and u will soon see the fu ckedness in those countries that will soon arise slowly each day
Nothing beats Singapore..We have possibly everything we can want here its just tat we have to find more ways to earn more money to support our 'desired' lifestyle tats all...
We are living in a 1st class world people..Be happy about it

kampong lifestyle........where you can laze around your little compound under the swaying coconut trees and all other local trees.....climb them trees to pick them fruits anytime you wanna eat 'em.. sigh......fly fighting kites during kite season......fire cracker wars during CNY and CGM.....man!!....... i miss those times.

anyone like the rubbish chute under kitchen sink?
i think in most countries you have to carry the plastic bags of garbage to downstair/outside your house for the ppl to collect it.
In Singapore, just tie the bag and dunk it into the chute. -

Chutes under the kitchen sink have always made me cringe. The thought of something so unsanitary just a a sneeze away from where food is prepared just makes me cringe.
