Steam:
"Dou Shi" pork ribs - It's like those HK Dim Sum, but just cook one big plate instead of small plate. "Pai Gu" Chopped in small cubes, use oil, "Dou Shi", soy sauce, ginger slice, salt, sugar and put in a plate and marinate for around 30min. Stir Stir abit once in awhile. Then just steam it for around 10-15 min then it should be cooked. If you chopped to bigger cubes, cook longer.
3 color egg - Just like steam egg, but you need "Pi dan"(The black one) and Salted egg too. Just do it like you make steam egg, but chop "Pi Dan" and salted egg in to slices and put in inside the egg to steam together.
Steam fish - HK style steam, standard procedure, no need to elaborate.
Butter corn- Just like those you eat in basar malam, easy to cook, good to eat. Buy those bag of corns and then steam it with butter and add little bit salt. How much butter and salt based on your own preference.
Baked:
Spagetti - Cook the spagetti in boiled water first, pour away all the water afterwards. Put spagetti in aluminum foil tray(those deep one) and add some spagetti sauce, stir it. And then prepare what you want to add on it. Can be squid slice, beef slice, mixed seafood or watever, just stir fry them with the spagetti sauce for a while. add onion slice, green pepper slice, "croli flower"(dunno how to spell) or other vege. And on top of all the things, put cheese to cover the whole tray. And then bake it, dont use high power or the cheese will be too "chao da".

When the rice less moisture already, put "lap cheong"(black and red type), and other preserved stuffs(duck/pork) on top of the rice. Add vege based on your own preference. Cover bowl until the preserved stuff are cooked.
