beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Cover bowl with clingwrap and pock some holes on the cling wrap with a fork.
Cucumber Relish?
1 fresh cucumber, cut lengthwise,spoon out the seeds, cut into thin segments.
one red chilli, grind or chop it finely, discard any much seeds as you decide how spicy you want the relish to be.
Combine with vinegar & spoonful of sugar.
Let stand for a while and pour over cucumbers. can keep in fridge too for that added crunchiness.
Porridge?
1/2 cup rice with 4 cups water?
If you got a extra steamer option on your porridge is even better, can simply cook the porridge and the steam eggs together.
If got mince meat, just put a tablespoon of mince meat into the porridge for a mince meat porridge.
