and then recently i had to call DBS because they decided to put in a new authenticaiton method and not notify me, then locked my account. so i was forced to call them long distance, and then put on hold for 5 bloody minutes. wtf. and the auntie on the other end didn't even sound singaporean. sounds indian. couldn't handle much singlish.
