when you visit LV and if time permit and if you are on 15 freeway pls plan for a night at Death Valley. Exit BAKER. I think it is worth a drive to look at the salt lake. and the colorful mountain.
If you are coming from North california and you are driving. pls try the 395 past thru the Serria Nevada Mountain. It's a nice drive along the baseline foothill. - You will past by the Fossil Fall, Japanese Relocation War camp. You reach a town name Leno Pine where they Film Wild Wild West, Maverick, and have a burger at the town you get to see all the movie stars picture hanging on the wall!
Good scenic summer drive. -
