Tasmania devil is mostly found in Tasmania and some parts of Victoria (I think).
Not too sure about pelicans and ibis though. -
Tasmania devil looks so different frm the one in looney tunes..

I only had photos of Emu, cassawary, some kind of dragon (not frilled lizards) and some kind of spider (not quite sure what funnel web spider looks like since I am not that keen of spiders) which were taken in Tropical North Queensland..... As for platypi, unfortunately it's hard to have a good shot of them as the environment they are living in is usually very dark.Originally posted by Kuali Baba:I humbly request for photos of...

Cassowary (They are very aggressive. Look at their claws - they are deadly as they are used to attack when under threat. If you're lucky to spot one in the wild, stay away from them!!!):

But I think Pelicans are disgusting and scary birds that eat anything and aggressive enough to steal your food

the stoopid bird thought the lure I just casted was a small fish ... and I thought I hooked a biggie before the pelican tried to fly away and my line arced sky-wards ...

The greedy bird can swallow all the chicken pieces
And the last time, my friend saw a pelican try to eat a chihuahua
This lady was out walking the chihuahua and the pelican swooped down and tried to eat the dog.
Naturally the lady screamed her head off and my friend and his friends ran forward and grabbed on the lease and pulled. Bird let go and you get a very shocked dog. It was ok but in shock -
Seems like pelican is just as bad as emu. My friend lost her sandwiches to one coz it was chasing her around for the sandwiches -

i like the skink.. they're cool as heck.. literally
in my time in melbourne, the only wombat i saw was a bloody smear spread over about 100m on the interstate
there was a friendly possum who came up to the hostel lawn and we gave it slices of apple which it liked... -

Yes, I had seen some dead wombats somewhere too... think it was at the national park and people were driving too fast
I think we have some "resident" possums at our place. It always wakes me at night when it walks on our roof to go somewhere.
