Shrimps in some kind of liquor....erm, drunken prawns or something. It was really good and gave me an idea too. I bought some shrimps a couple of days ago and will make one up soon.

Geoduck sashimi......this dish alone cost S$60 and I didn't even try a piece. Not my kind of food. Me no like sashimi. It came with a hot pot whereby one could actually dip the geoduck in it briefly.
