Made it out of Buffalo 10hrs past our original departure time. The thing that sucked was that we had to get up at 0415 and then I called the company and they had no clue what was going on. Finally they told up to stay in and wait for an update. So we got some extra sleep. The hotel lobby was full of people not knowing whether to go to the airport or not.
The streets were a mess. No traffic lights. Cars were lined up at gas stations, power was still out, even at the airport.
I'm off to Houston tomorrow. I never thought I'd be glad to be going to Houston. -

Oh dear... today afternoon the day was very chilly even though the sun was up glaring down. It was abt 10degress C. WOW!!
so cooling laaa.. like i stick my head into the fridge like tat...
strange... i tot around november at least then can feel this kind of weather -

Well, in Campy's favour, winters on either coast tend to be milder than that experienced by the interior of the continent. I believe the DC area has had winters in which the temperature never dropped below freezing.Originally posted by Fatum:you ain't seen nothing yet campy ......

its about 5 degrees and the school still can happily turn on air-con

First snow has fallen in Estonia...surprisingly later than where you are. It's in the blog.

weather report says 10 cm of snow fell today .....
it was more like a foot of snow on the drive home .... the main roads are already swept, but I couldn't tell the road from the sidewalk on my neighbourhood crescent ....
tomorrow morning will be another fun drive .... -
