It's fully understandable that you'd want to get your new house all fixed up as soon as possible. It is, after all, your new pride and joy! There'll be plenty of other opportunities for future home improvement projects, now that you're actually owning your home rather than renting it.Originally posted by jetta:I said that I wouldn't work on the house on Labor Day but... I did. What started it all was us finding some tile on sale at Lowe's. One thing lead to another and boom! We found ourselves back at the house. We didn't leave until 6 hours later!
One interesting thing did happen though. While waiting for our order at the Jack in the Box, there was a gas leak and a small fire in the back of the building.
Welcome back! How was your sister's visit?Originally posted by littlestream:Labour Day spent housecleaning.
Is it a day to do labour or a day to rest?
Yah they did and you know what? Some people actually complained! Alamak, which is better? Your safety or not getting your food? Did the staff at the JitB evacuate the building on account of the fire?
Kum siah, kum siah. It was a good visit. We ate, karaoke, dance, shopping, gai gai, drama watch and even do a day trip to Niagara Falls.Originally posted by jetta:Welcome back! How was your sister's visit?
